Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for our guests and team members we require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellations. After 2 cancellations within the 24 hour period a deposit will be taken for any future appointments. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance for your convenience.

We greatly appreciate our guests’ understanding of our polices; please know that every consideration is given to late cancellations and missed appointments. We assure that every effort will be made on our part to offer quality and timely services to our guests.
