Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for our guests and our team members, we require a credit card for all scheduled services. If for any reason you need to cancel any appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice to avoid charges of 50% of the scheduled services. Unfortunately, if you do not come in for this appointment without notice the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.  All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance for your convenience.

We greatly appreciate our guests’ understanding of our polices; please know that every consideration is given to late cancellations and missed appointments before applying charges and every attempt is made to contact the client before any such fees are applied. We assure that every effort will be made on our part to offer quality and timely services to our guests.
