Not happy with your hair?

We’re committed to serving you. Since building long-term relationships is our top priority, we welcome the opportunity to adjust your service to your satisfaction. It may be something quickly enhanced by your Jasmine Stylist, or you may feel more comfortable with a different Jasmine Stylist. Either way, we want you to feel safe communicating with us. Given the opportunity, we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. . Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you are not 100% happy with your hair.

Need to cancel?

If you must cancel your appointment, please remember that a 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated by phone or in person. This allows us time to replace that appointment for our commission-based Jasmine Service Providers’. In the event that we don’t hear from you in time, the following service charge will be assessed.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, must cancel within four hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

We understand that things come up and emergencies arise; in the unfortunate event that one does, please allow as much notice as possible.

Is the salon handicap accessible?

Our spa services are done on the 2nd level of a historic home. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator to the 2nd story.
